  • We will share the Curriculum vitae (CV) of candidates with the recruitment agency only with the candidate’s explicit consent, and this will be information which allows you to be identified, such as your name, address, telephone numbers or email address.
  • Personal data of candidates and clients, or individuals who have a relationship with our clients, is available and accessible to the recruitment agency with which we are partners with only after your request and consent through our contact forms. These data will be accessible to recruitment consultants, administrators and IT staff employed by the recruitment agency, exclusively for the purposes of the recruitment procedure.
  • When granting us your consent to proceed with forwarding your Curriculum vitae (CV) to the third-party recruitment office you agree and are aware of the fact that we are not responsible for

a) the actions of that third-party after receiving your personal data.

b) we do not have control over the data and information that are submitted to the third-party.

c) the activities of that third-party in regards to the safety and security of the data and information submitted.

Under no circumstances we will be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from the function of us sharing your Curriculum vitae (CV), personal data and information to a third-party service after giving us your consent.
